Adapt, Survive, Thrive
Global Sporting Integration (GSI) enables professional athletes from abroad to adapt, survive, and thrive while playing their sports in the United States. Through helping these athletes overcome the many challenges of international transplantation – including a new language and cultural context as well as different food, climates, training schedules, practice regimens, and media expectations – GSI helps to cultivate a more comfortable, efficient, and productive athlete, which benefits both the athlete and the clubs and leagues that have invested in the athlete’s potential.
The physical, mental, and emotional challenges of transitioning to new professional lives in America have cost many promising athletes their careers, resulting in large financial losses for themselves and their clubs. These losses are not only unacceptable, they are avoidable.
GSI works directly with athletes, as well as with clubs and league officials, in implementing custom-tailored solutions that create an optimum environment for athletes from abroad to perform at the highest level, therefore maximizing their potential and adding value to their clubs and leagues.
